For a beautifully simple return to mother nature, choose our low impact flagship model. Back-To-Earth is crafted from solid UP white pine in an aesthetic drawn from 1700’s early America, (when non-royalty first gained the right to buried in a wooden coffin). Each board is surfaced to accentuate its character before being assembled with non-toxic glue and some carefully placed uncoated screws, ensuring every casket is reliably sturdy and will hold up during use. Our hemp rope handles are designed for 6 pallbearers to comfortably carry the casket under weight. Back-To-Earth will then decompose within a short time after burial.

How To Buy & Pick Up
We sell direct to you. You can purchase a casket in person by making an appointment to visit our Woodyard Location. Or, place an order by phone at 906.251.0166. In stock items can usually be picked up same-day. Not-in-stock items will be ready for pick up in 2-4 weeks.
